Cancellation Policy
Thank you so much for supporting my small business! To ensure I can provide the best experience for every client and respect everyone’s scheduled appointment times, I kindly ask that you follow the cancellation policy below.
* 24–48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 20% of your scheduled service will be charged.
* 24 hours or less: A cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged.
* No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.
Repeated cancellations may require a nonrefundable booking deposit or may limit future booking privileges.
